RETURNS:
Please review your orders carefully before you place them. Once an order has been placed and accepted by CYBERSHOP, it is considered sold and cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.
Goods which can be returned are those which exhibit a hardware manufacturing defect. In situations like this, the consumer has up to seven days to return the goods back to CYBERSHOP for an exchange for a non-defective product.
If a return is required, you must return the device with all accessories, booklets, and original packaging for it to be acceptable by a DOA claim and eligible for replacement. If you do not have the original packaging and all accessories and booklets, we still may be able to lodge a DOA claim with the manufacturer, however the manufacturer reserves the right to apply a retail price charge for the missing accessories to the claim before it can be fully processed.
For more information regarding returns, please view our Returns Policy.
