Cybershop supports business server and storage requirements from solution selection and configuration through deployment, validation and ongoing technical assistance. We work with supported platforms and suppliers to define the required capacity, connectivity, resilience and handover outcome.
Before work begins, we define access, responsibilities, maintenance windows, backup dependencies and the required outcome. At handover, we record completed work, test results, exceptions and recommended next steps.
Work may be delivered by our Perth team, our Melbourne Branch or both, depending on the customer, site and scope.
