Cybershop configures and deploys workplace devices, custom systems, storage and selected server infrastructure for home, business and education customers. Each business engagement begins with an agreed requirement, supported environment and handover outcome.
Before handover, we can perform agreed compatibility, connectivity, storage-health, firmware, driver and functional checks. Results and exceptions can be recorded in a deployment checklist or service report, giving the customer a clear basis for acceptance and follow-up.
Where included in scope, we record key device identifiers, versions, configuration details, test outcomes and unresolved exceptions. Credentials are handled separately and are not placed in general service reports.
Work may be delivered by our Perth team, our Melbourne Branch or both, depending on the customer, site and scope.
