Cybershop helps schools and education organisations select, prepare and support devices for BYOD environments. We coordinate product supply, configuration, connectivity checks, onboarding support, troubleshooting and repair pathways within the institution’s policies and agreed project scope.
A pilot can be used to check device readiness, configuration, wireless connectivity, access to required resources and user onboarding before a wider rollout. Issues and exceptions are recorded so the education team can decide what needs correction or internal action.
