Notebook and Laptop repairs is a very specialised field. All manufacturers require accreditation before technicians can work on their products. This is because notebooks are more intricate then desktop computers and require special tools and procedures to open them up and repair them. Incorrectly opening up a notebook could damage it further – creating a very high cost to repair.

CyberShop are authorised warranty providers for Toshiba products. We can also provide out of warranty repairs on other notebook and tablet brands too like Asus, Acer, Dell, Sony, HP/Compaq, Samsung and more. Devices booked in for Toshiba Warranty Repair that exhibit faults which void the warranty (Abuse/Misuse, Physical Damage (including Tampering), Liquid Damage, etc) will have a detailed assessment carried out at a cost of $79.00. A quotation will then be provided and if the quotation is accepted the detailed assessment quotation fee will be deducted from the cost of the repair.

Got a cracked screen, hard drive not booting, spilled coffee over the keyboard? Quickly bring it in to the friendly and helpful technicians at CyberShop to have an initial check at the Service Counter. We will gladly offer you an over the counter inspection at no charge to give you a rough idea on what you are looking at to repair the unit before booking in the job. Once the device has been booked in for a detailed assessment a quotation will be provided for a fixed fee of $79.00. If you proceed with the quotation to repair the device the quotation fee of $79.00 will be deducted from the final cost of the repair.

At CyberShop we pride ourselves in quality work but at the same time we like to get your computer back to you as fast as possible. Our general turn-around time is normally 2-5 business days (unless we have to wait for parts). A priority fee is payable for emergency repairs.
